Shelly Pollock, CEO
Investment & Insuranc Advisor
As CEO and founder of NWIFservices, Shelly Pollock brings a deep commitment to her clients and a thorough understanding of the insurance and financial services business.
NWIFservices was formed in the fall of 2003. In late 2008, we transitioned a portion of the business to fee-based planning. As Investment Advisor Representatives we continue to move in that direction, one of transparency, feeling that it is the direction of the industry and, more importantly, best serves clients with larger investable assets. Bringing in the right partners has allowed the company to serve existing clients while increasing business at the same time. The company has a network of great strategic partners who add significant value.
Shelly and Steve, her husband of 25 years, have lived on the Peninsula for 16 years and thoroughly enjoy "life at the beach. " Shelly enjoys being active in her area, helping to organize regular beach cleanups (www.OurBeach.org), serving on the board of various organizations, and being a member of just about all things one can join in her community.

Kenny Osborne, Insurance
Kenny has a great deal of expertise in the group benefits field, specializing in medical, dental and life plans. Kenny has many years of agency experience working with small business and families and enjoys a great deal of respect in the community.
Kenny has been a life resident in Pacific County and resides in Chinook with his wife, Laura who works locally at The Bank of the Pacific, Long Beach. Both enjoy supporting local community organizations including Friends of Chinook School, Sea Resources and more. Additionally Kennyis active in real estate sales with Pacific Realty and serves onboards for Chinook Water District and the County Planning Commission.

Stephanie Bolden was born in Salt Lake City Utah, and moved to the Long Beach Peninsula in 1975. She worked for Jack's Country Store for 10 years, and then began her next several years in banking for The Bank of the Pacific beginning in 1990 at the Ocean Park branch, and transferred to the Long Beach branch a year later where she worked for the next 14 years. She also worked for Ocean Beach Hospital in admitting, and then on to ShoreBank Pacific for 3 years. She has done volunteer work for Crisis Support Network as an advocate for Domestic Violence, as well as the annual Kite Festival, and the Garlic Festival. She is married to Chuck, and enjoys spending time with family, friends,
gardening, and motor cycle riding.

Sandra Hay Magdaleno, CFP
Sandra Hay Magdaleno, a Certified Financial Planner, has been assisting investors since 1987. Her desire is to help businesses and individuals, both working and retired, build and preserve legacies of prosperity by creating multiple streams of income utilizing sound investment strategies and efficient tax and estate planning techniques. She does this by building strong relationships of trust and respect for her clients, empowering them to make wise financial decisions through education, and a thorough knowledge of their strengths and desires.
Sandra and her husband, Johnny, and their youngest son often summer in Port Lions, AK. and enjoy visiting their extended family around the country. They are avid fishermen and outdoorsmen with a strong sense of faith. Sandra is often found volunteering for her son’s school, music and team sports, sometimes as chaperone, team mom to lit circles and classroom assistance. Her positions at church have included welcome center, usher, classroom instructor, kitchen and now working on a counselor position.
Sandra has found the effective communication and organization skills embodied by belonging to Toastmasters a must whether for home, work or play. In the past she has served on the board of directors of two credit unions for over 17 years. She looks forward to bringing peace and joy to the financial planning process as you set and achieve your financial goals.
